Quilling Fringer

Slide carefully the quilling strips, from 6 to 9 mm wide, through the quilling fringer and by regular lever movements, a lot of small fringes are going to be cut out of the paper. Push the lever gently repeatedly and evenly. Adjust the distance between fringes by using the small wheel at the edge, the distance should be circa 0.5-1mm. Roll up the punched paper strips and stick together the ends. Unfold the fringes and get this way a fringed flower.
